Welcome to Stratwater, the Earth-on-Sea village located east of Nowhere and a mile away from Utterly Lost! Come on, take a seat, we don't bite. Well, Wolfman over there does, but we'll keep you away from him.
So you know the bogeyman, right? The monster under your bed? The sand man? Yeah, all childrens' stories, scary tales told over campfires and everything. Or... so you thought. Turns out they're real here in nowheresville! Vampires, demons, werewolves, sea monsters - you name it, there's probably one lurking around.
I know what you're thinking. Unbelieveable, crack job, crazy. I mean, try living with the Queen of the Damned and the Wolfman for a week. Anyone would go crazy with their constant jabbering. But really, this is all quite serious. Humans and Monsters coexisting... the unspoken peace can't last for long.
It's all those meddling Deities' fault. (It's too bad Mystery Inc. isn't here to save the day.) They pop up from nowhere, throw their messy magic around, and boom. Nothing's the same. You've got werewolves and zombies walking around, disrupting the order. They think that our lives are part of a game of chess. They're obsessed with winning, that Avatea and Ukko, and they'll stop at nothing, even if it means destroying Stratwater.
